The Bridges Series has been designed with you in mind: clergy and laity, staff and parishioners serving together to build a more engaging and evangelizing Church. We offer live events for parishes or diocesan gatherings, and self-paced virtual sessions to equip you to learn, explore and build bridges in your parish. In working with parish and diocesan leaders over the past fifteen years, we have become deeply aware of the need for in-depth and accessible formation and training for all in our parishes.  In response to the many times we have been asked for clear direction, we have developed five "roadmaps" for establishing a common vision and building skills for parishioners and leaders:

Roadmap One: The Bridges Series, helps to develop a common vision of the engaging and evangelizing community, in which every person is given the opportunity to offer his or her talents in service and ministry.

Roadmap Two: The Year of the Good and Faithful Servant Leader, offers a unique series of retreat-like formation experiences focused on servant leadership for everyone in the parish.

Roadmap Three: Parish Leadership and Planning, and Roadmap Four: Essential Pastoral Leadership Skills, equip leaders with essential skills for effective pastoral ministry.

Roadmap Five: Parishioner Development, provides opportunities for parishioners to explore and use their talents in their lives at home, in their workplace, and at the parish, and provides formation for those who are ready to touch the lives of others with the love of Jesus Christ.

The Catholic Life and Faith team is available for extended consulting and/or live events. Contact us to discuss your needs and to explore ways we can partner with you to strengthen leadership in your parish.
